"Our first trip to the area and it is beautiful. We were blessed with fine weather. The Coach House is very well presented with all mod cons and a comfortable bed. Beautiful location completely spoilt by the classic/abandoned cars in the front garden making it unsafe for children and dogs. Field next door is similarly blighted. "Lovely stay at the bungalow. Three friends on a singing weekend nearby. It was very well equipped, clean and peaceful. A drainer rack for the sink would be useful and the mattresses were a little ‘tired’. Nevertheless it was great for us and we would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful time. The property has everything you could need including thoughtful extras like milk, bread, tea and coffee on arrival. Property owner is lovely and easily contactable. There is a lovely place to sit outside with amazing views. Hay-on-Wye is literally an 8 minute drive away and lives up to its name of a bookish town. One of our favourite get always and I can’t recommend enough!"
