"The Riverside is in a gorgeous location and we had a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the cosy bar area and drinks by the fire followed by an exceptionally fine dinner. And breakfast too was top notch. All the staff were kind and helpful and absolutely recommend coming here. "

"The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful with a wide selection to choose from although somewhat pricey. Hotel is located right in the centre of Hereford close to all shops, pubs and cathedral. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. Excellent value for money. It's being refurbished and this does need to continue, as some parts are a bit 'tired', though still very clean. Main criticism would be the lighting - mis-matched and dull lighting in the bedrooms, would be an easy fix. Would definitely recommend though, given excellent value for money and great food."
