The hotel itself is excellent - rooms are so clean and well maintained and amenities on level 2 (a lounge and Self-serving food shop) are of a very high standard . The staff are ever so friendly and there to assist you 24/7 The hotel’s location is situated perfectly between walkable site-seeing options or via close-by trams, to having many shops and restaurants just around the corner. Overall - I strongly recommend this hotel as their room prices offer very good value for money imho. If I come back to Rotterdam- this is where I will be staying ! 5 stars "

"Friendly staff. Great entrance and food options. Gym and laundry available. The TV didn’t work and there was no storage space for clothes. Great view though. Enjoyed my stay nonetheless. Close to the old town. I would stay here again. "
