"This property is beautiful, however be aware that you need to pay for every little thing once on site. If you run out of soap, dishwasher pods, want clean towels, or in our case, need more toilet paper, it all costs extra. I don’t mind having to pay for some things, but I’ve never been asked to pay for toilet paper anywhere else in the world and I have to say, it slightly soured my experience. The property is beautiful and the staff were great, I just think for the price I should not have to...

"This place is fantastic! Super helpful staff. Excellent breakfast! The swim and fitness facilities about two blocks away are phenomenal and are free to use as guests of the hotel. "

"The lake and mountains were spectacular. We easily walked to the lake from our chalet every day to swim and enjoy the scenery. We were so happy we were in Obertraun instead of Hallstatt, which was very crowded."
