"Good location, clean room, friendly and quick service, but environment could use a touch up. Water draining in the shower (in the tub) is very slow/bad; while washing my hair the water reached my ankles. Don’t expect the continental breakfast to be a breakfast buffet; it’s a standard prepared breakfast on a plate: fruitbowl, croissant, muffin, pecan bread, cooked egg, coffee/juice."

"Overall nice stay. Staff was courteous and helpful and very prompt whenever we needed something. Amenities were nice although the pool was often closed or partially open probably due to lack of lifeguards. We were not informed of construction upon our booking, but we're told by the front desk. Was never a problem for us and there was no noise we could hear in our tower. Rooms were nice size with washer and dryer inside and ours had a full kitchen, updated decor and well appointed although for some reason there was a raised wood laminate bubble (as in a a good 3-4" raised bubble) underneath the TV stand which was very odd, but not a big deal. House keeping did leave a few rags in the room which was also weird, but did do a great job of tidying our space when we did need it and even washed our dishes that were in the sink. One gripe was the parking in the tower with the three levels dedicated to valet. Not much of an issue, but I find annoying that they take up that many floors. Also, the fact that is is a grand vacation property, they will try hard to sell you a time share. You can politely decline, but if you show any remote weakness they will try hard to get you to sign up and you will be forced to put a refundable deposit of $40 to pressure you to commit to coming. You get it back when you come. "
