"Everything was clean "

"We always love staying at the d, it’s a basic room but if you don’t spend much time in your room it’s perfect just to shower and sleep. Beds are comfy and room is pretty spacious "

"The bar was closed. I was disappointed. And the pool bathrooms where closed for maintenance.. Hotel desk staff where helpful but some didn't feel they were very friendly almost rude. But hey I guess everyone can have a off fayy"

"There was no breakfast included. Our room was not the best for the price we paid and the hype on this hotel. Shower had rust and shower head leaked. No body wash or soap in the shower but they have dispensers for them. No Microwave No Fridge and our drawers were broken. The Cleaning Ladies were very friendly as well as the person who helped u check in...But the Room itself was bad. I will not be going back to the Golden Nugget."

"An additional resort fee should have been discussed at check in not at check out after i have already paid. I do not appreciate being ambushed at checkout. Your hotel operator did not answer the phone period when I called. I am old with health issues and your front desk claiming i should have just called is no solution when no one picks up the phone. So claiming you would have taken care of me with a bell hop is also unacceptable when you don't pick up the phone. A 1 hour delay in getting to the front desk to check out because I am essentially stranded in skyrise section and cannot get an elevator down is also unacceptable. Stairs that do not go all the way down to level 2 is also unacceptable and a fire hazard. If you had stairs that went all the way to level 2 I was unable to find them because it was poorly marked. Fast check out with the QR code does not work on Apple or Android. Kiosk not working for checkout either. And finally when the clerk heard all this on checkout the attitude was give me your money and leave. I will not be back and I am very likely to air this on social media but I very much doubt you care."
