"This place was ideal! Immaculately clean! Host had everything you could ever want for perfect beach days including towels, chairs, cooler, and cart. We did not want for anything. Great location. Beach was not crowded and it was short walk. Host could not have been more accommodating. Can’t want to go back. "

"Wonderful accommodations and location! The hosts are very easily accessible for communication and have the home set up beautifully. Our kids loved the board games and the easy walk down to the beach. We brought our own gear but the house has bikes, beach chairs & towels, a beach cart, boogie boards, everything you pretty much need. The beds were very comfortable and the appliances were top notch. Only small things we noticed for possible recommendations throughout our week, specifically when traveling with young kids, was towel hooks inside the bathrooms or on the shower walls to hang all the suits and it’d be nice for a key pad on the back door also so when you’re coming straight in from the beach, no one has to go around to the front and trek thru the house to let the beachy family inside to get cleaned up. We loved our stay here and won’t hesitate to return. It’s exciting to see the Key recovering little by little after Milton. Thanks again!"

"We had an exceptional stay at this property! The unit exceeded our expectations in every way. It was immaculate; I was amazed when I wiped up some sand with a paper towel, and nothing else came up! There was more than enough room for our family and friends—eight of us in total—and we greatly appreciated the abundance of amenities. Having chairs, bikes, coolers, and umbrellas provided saved us the hassle of purchasing or renting them. We also enjoyed grilling dinner several nights, which added to our wonderful experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit!"

"Amazing, quiet, clean, and, comfortable place ! We booked this little beach house because our usual rental unfortunately was destroyed in the hurricane. It was newly remodeled, very clean, and, very close to the beach on a sand swept quiet road. Parking is very convenient for unloading and loading and there was an area to rinse off sand after a beach day. It has all the necessary items needed, and the kitchen was surprisingly laid out well which made it convenient for preparing meals. All appliances are new and worked very well. The living room furniture was very comfortable and made it easy to enjoy a lazy afternoon after being on the beach. Air conditioning was comfortable throughout the house. The onsite laundry in the shed was a plus and very convenient to keep laundry from piling up.You won't find a nicer place to stay this close to the beach. I recommend this property to anyone and we will stay here again. The owner was very responsive to the one small issue I and resolved it very quickly. Thank you !"
