"The room was not properly prepared or checked before our arrival. Basic amenities were not functioning—for example, the kettle was not working, and we had to call early in the morning to get it replaced. We had specifically reserved a deluxe balcony room. Additionally, we requested a room near the elevator due to my senior citizen mother, who has difficulty walking long distances. However, no such room was provided. Instead, we were given a downgraded room without a balcony. When we raised this issue and requested a refund for not being provided the booked room category, the hotel refused to process any refund. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor room readiness, lack of consideration for special requests, and unsatisfactory resolution of the issue."

"Very clean and modern hotel. Staff very friendly. A little far away from Seminyak than we would have liked but not too far in the grab. Lovely pool but not much shade options. Breakfast is ok. They serve filter coffee but expensive charge for lattes or cappuccinos which I was shocked at for the standard of hotel. Some I’ve stayed in have that as part of the breakfast service. No signs or menus to say it was chargeable either. "

You have to find staff and flag them down; they do not proactively come around to check. They do not start serving until 11:00. Not great if you go to the beach before 10 and would like coffee or a juice. "

Their location is the icing on the cake, walked for a little bit and was at the beach! Excellent in every way, will definitely come back! Terimakasi! "
