Prama Sanur Beach Bali
10/10 Excellent
"The Prama is a little old and showing it. BUT it just still a terrific hotel with efficient and pleasant staff who are always helpful. The room we had faced West which gave us a nice view of the sunsets. There pool is magnificent! It's clean, clear and at the perfect temperature. It's also wide enough to do laps at 25m approx wide. Locally, there plenty of options for reading....on the beach or on the street. Water activities are right there. We'll stay again next time we're in this area."

"Our room was a budget price as we only stayed 2 nights. Therefore we got what we paid for. Our bedside lamp did not work (there was only one) and Power Point's were sparse with one almost at the ceiling near the shower. However the staff made up for the room and we will stay again but in one of the singular bungalows."

"Andaz Bali was beyond our expectations. The property is beautifully decorated according to Balinese culture which was very welcoming. But what made Andaz Bali stand out from other resorts around the world we have stayed out was the staff. There are not enough words to describe the staff. They are a wonderful example of what it feels like when you are coming home. From checking in, to staying poolside, or hanging out at the restaurants or lobby area. The staff was amazing. Andaz may have an awesome reputation, but Andaz Bali - the staff makes Andaz."

"For a property only 2 years old it needed better maintenance. Loose hand rails, bathroom was grubby, kitchen unit was falling apart. Sewer smell in room. Location on busy road - noisy day and night. Staff were very helpful and full of smiles. Pool at door was amazing."

"Hospitality was exceptional, the facilities are starting to show their age, however it’s still exceptionally maintained and has a Balinese feel and not western vibe. Food was excellent, pool was relaxing and the pillows were lovely and soft, will stay again. Oh yes, there are shuttles as well to the south of Sanur to explore outside if you’re inclined. Loved the dining area and the lobby bar."

"Wow! This resort was so beautiful, and the location was so peaceful. The villa was roomy and luxurious feeling. It had a king-sized bed with mosquito netting, an indoor bathroom and an outdoor shower and a private pool. The pool at the restaurant was so beautiful that we used it instead. We scheduled a message at the spa, which was affordable and incredible. Try the French toast at breakfast. It was an easy Grab car ride into Abud and a nice break from the hustle of the city."
