Wonderful hotel with great beach. The gym is one of the nicest i have ever been to. Food is good from the health club as well. One thing I did not know prior to booking was the gym is not available most morning due to private functions. Moat days I could not get into the gym until after 11am. Other than that it's a wonderful hotel, highly recommend.

The exterior decor, the restaurants are conducive to a totally relaxed vacation. The staff, without exception, made our stay such a memorable one. The food was outstanding, the setting beautiful. We will definitely return to this gem.

Beautiful hotel amenities and rooms. Staff and food options were great! All the food is delivered straight to the room which made it nice for those lazy mornings. The hotel is tucked in a small road, so you do have to be careful as cars and motorcycles try to squeeze by. We were there for 4 nights - very walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping and spas.

It was the best place ever. You felt like you're in Paradise. The people are so kind. The staff way more attentive than an average person knows how to handle. I'm a good way. We felt special. BUT BEWARE OF THE AIRPORT!!

Mamaka turned out to be an excellent place to stay for us. We needed something close to the airport for a few nights. The rooms were Clean and the staff were attentive . The breakfasts were wonderful as was the pool. We had trouble with our for not locking twice and the staff took care of it quickly. The negative aspects were the slow internet in our room and the loud music at night. We had super long flights and a 15 hour time difference so we went to sleep early.

A+ to the staff. Vinna and Kadek are like having family around. They took excellent care of us. They cooked a fantastic breakfast every morning especially the homemade sourdough bread and jam. Helped arrange transportation around Ubud and was just generally there for us when needed. The room was very nice, but was a little disappointed there was no TV. A/C worked like a charm. Outside area was full of beautiful flowers/plants. I'd definitely recommend it!!

Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.

The hotel staff was really helpful. Hotel management responded to our inquiries prior to arrival. Facilities were clean spacious, and comfortable, the only observation is the smell in the hallways. The pools were clean and beach access was OK. Food was a bit of disappointment as breakfast has limited options. I recommend that the hotel serves fresh fruit juices during breakfast, better coffee, and increase menu options.

We went there as two families - four adults, four kids under 3. The hotel was very accommodating to our requests of wanting connected rooms. The buffet has a good selection, but the weekend brunch at Cut Catch Cuccina really wow'd us.

We only stayed one night since it was expensive. I was really interested in the Vegan/Raw cooking. We did the 7 course tasting menu. It was spectacular but came with a hefty price. 75 per person was a little more than we think it should have been worth. 50 would have been fair. The rooms are a little humid, the sheets felt damp. This is simply the area, it can't be perfect. The Rock bath tub was probably our favorite part. AMAZING! Its riverside private and relaxing. Their isn't much around...

If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. At least...

This property is amazing!! I would definitely stay here again. All the staffs were very friendly, courteous and attentive. They made me feel so welcomed and they all spoke English pretty well. They picked me up from the airport for about $30 U.S dollars and it was stress free. The property has an infinity pool and the view from my room of the rice field was so beautiful! They have a shuttle that runs every few hours to take you to the center of Ubud where you can walk around and eat and shop....

Wonderful stay. Staff was exceptional from cooking me breakfast after sleeping in and missing buffet, changing my room when there was a problem and even sending 2 staff to help me, then offering me free dinners my remaining nights, then letting me use their phone to call my bank long distance when there was a problem. All went beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Only down fall was internet kept kicking me off but was doable. Wonderful place with gorgeous gardens and beach. Will definitely go...

Outstanding service and attentive staff, everyone greets you by name. Beautifull location in frontnof Beach with many restaurants on boardwalk. Great location with spectacular pool. I cant wait to return.
