"Very nice hotel overall. The parking was very convenient, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. However, I was quite disappointed to find that the bedsheets had not been changed and there were still blood stains on them. Other than the bedsheets, everything else was clean and convenient."

"It’s not as nice as it looks. We had a terrible ant problem in our room and the a/c didn’t work properly. The wine and cheese was ok, as was the breakfast, but nothing as good as it seems from the advertising."

"The grassy courtyard with chairs and a gazebo to enjoy were great! Peaceful and relaxing. The room was nice but dated. The furniture was old. One of the chairs had a hole on the fabric of the arm. Things looked worn. We had a nice patio that we enjoyed daily. Definately a 3 star hotel but with a 4 -5 star price."

"Can't say enough good things about this hotel! Nice spacious rooms, clean, great pool area with plenty of loungers, and lots of other outdoor places to sit and enjoy a drink. The amount of amenities (breakfast, wine/cheese happy hour, bikes, elec charging and more) makes this a great value. They even have a self-serve very inexpensive laundry room at their sister property next door. Thanks for a great stay in Santa Barbara!"
