"A comfortable stay before my early departure from Heathrow. Great, convenient location for Terminal 2. Just a short walk through the parking lot. "

"This was a return stay for us. We were happy from the last stay that's why we stayed at this property again for this trip. The included breakfast was good. Not just Continental breakfast. The hotel was quiet. Just a short walk from terminal 4 via a covered walkway. Terminal 4 is connected to the other terminals by free underground train."

"Convenient location to Terminal 5 (bus stop 4 minutes walk from hotel). Comfortable bed but very small room. Adequate if you just need a room for a night and have an early check in and therefore you want to be within close proximity to Heathrow airport. If you don’t mind being further away there are better options for the money "

"The staff were lovely and the restaurant served great food. The room was comfortable but the carpets were very old and worn and do need replacing. Other than that, I can recommend joining the rewards program for 10% off food and drinks."

"Read carefully- we were on the basement with no window annd could bare turn around and while one person was very helpful the woman sitting at the desk was not. The rooms are tiny"
