Harbour Hotel Guildford

10/10 Excellent

"Check in was no problem and very helpful and fast. Their maintenance team was on the ball and were investigating the issue with air conditioning before we could report it. This was fixed quickly and before we got back from dinner. Well done. Breakfast had a great choice. We used the spa services and they were pleasant and efficient and a great massage. Been here before and pleased to say standards maintained. Room clean, bathroom great."

Asperion Hotel

"We stayed at the Asperion for one night, for my daughter's graduation & found it very clean, staff very friendly & helpful. It was perfect for what we wanted as we were actually only in the room for about 12 hours. The bed was SO comfortable, it was the best nights sleep I had had in this heat for a while !!! They had put a fan on in the room for us which we were very grateful for. The rooms are not the biggest but all we needed was a bed and shower, so perfect. The en suite is a little small, but the shower was great & it was very clean. I can't coment on the breakfast as we didn't have it. But if you book at the hotel you receive a 50% discount. You do have to order what you would like the night before and a time, but if you're heading out this shouldn't be a problem. It's location is great and easy to get to from the train station (just a 10 minute walk). I would highly recommend this as a comfortable, friendly clean hotel to rest your head."

Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel and Spa

"What can I say? We avoided the expensive hotels in Central Woking in favour of a 20 min drive. I can not fault them on anything, we were greeted with kindness, our room wasn't far, the AC in the room was amazing considering it was in the 30s outside. Shower was good. Beds were comfortable. We used the swimming pool. The breakfast was top quality. All of the staff were kind and attentive. Would highly recommend."
