Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria

"A friend and I stayed four nights in London after a tour. This Riu hotel is conveniently located beside Victoria Station, The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The hotel room was comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom is large and convenient with space for cosmetic bags and hooks to hang towels. The lobby area is attractive. We did not have much contact with the hotel personnel, because none was necessary, The breakfasts are varied and plentiful. All in all, it was a very nice stay."

"My overnight stay was very pleasant—relaxed, quiet, and comfortable from start to finish. I arrived in the evening to a clean, well-appointed room of a decent size. The bed was made with crisp 100% cotton sheets, and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The room had excellent lighting and a welcoming ambiance. The upgraded bathroom featured easy-to-use shower controls, a deep bathtub, extra-large plush cotton towels, and large mirrors that made the space feel even more spacious. There was also a nicely sized wardrobe with plenty of hangers, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, everything was well-maintained and designed for comfort. What's not to like?"

"We stayed two nights to attend a music festival in Hyde Park and honestly couldn’t have asked for better accommodation! The hotel was clean and very spacious considering it is in the centre of London and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly. We only booked a standard twin for the two of us and our room had plenty of room for us to move around and have our luggage spread out and the air conditioning was SO appreciated due to the heatwave we travelled in - we even found ourselves having to turn it down at one point as we were a bit TOO cold. Our only gripe was the shower in our bathroom as no matter which way we turned the temperature dial, the water would not dip below extremely hot meaning we were unable to take a shower during our stay. We could have probably called down to get this rectified but we actually weren’t in our room for very long periods except for sleeping as we arrived late on the first night, were out all day the next day and then checked out the next morning. All in all we would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves needing accommodation in London again! Wonderful hotel!"

"Room was very clean and the runway view was awesome. Sound proofing was very good. Usual amenities, tea, coffee, kettle, fridge, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Ironing board and iron a godsend 😂 Didn't have breakfast but had a locally sourced IPA in the Runway Bar. "

Radisson Blu Hotel, London South Kensington

10/10 Excellent

"Helpful staff. Aircon. Large comfortable bed. Good range of toiletries including conditioner. Good quality hairdryer but again no mirror at all to dry hair by or check full length. Fridge was useful for drinks and snacks bought from local supermarkets. Great location near tube and buses. Good restaurant - chicken Caesar salad was great- but was disappointed they had no Sunday roast available."
