"Obviously it's an airport hotel so it leans towards the utilitarian but it does this extremely well. We've always found the restaurant and the breakfast very good and you can't really beat it for location either. It's also pretty handy if you use Heathrow Pod Parking."

"I'm very happy about my stay! No complaint whatsoever but still for the sake a reviewing I will say what I would have liked which was not there. There was only an overhead shower in the bathtub, not one which can be held in the hand which I would have wanted. The peanut butter in those little plastic containers was too hard and not very good. I would have liked some müsli, I had granola instead which is too high in sugar for my taste. Otherwise, the room was warm and the heating worked properly, which I liked. The bed was very cozy, and it was very easy to get to Terminal 4 without going outside, which is awesome. The staff were super friendly, and I'm very grateful. I will definitely try to see if I can get a room in this hotel for a reasonable price next time."

"Check-in was easy. We were offered an upgrade and breakfast for £40/2 nights, took it. Breakfast was decent but a little crowded. Bar on site was nice. Very easy to get to the Metro. Room had all the amenities we needed. Could have used another couple pillows but no big deal. No complaints about cleanliness but there was construction on our floor."
