Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4

10/10 Excellent

"I booked as an overnight for my flight the next morning. This hotel was very clean modern and nice. I wished I stayed here my entire London trip. I loved the fish and chips I had at the restaurant 10/10 I loved my room amenities and bed was super comfy. Be sure to check which terminal your flight is because this hotel is terminal 4. Shuttle to terminals come on main road and not down onto the property (I wish I was informed of this for my early morning shuttle). Parking is paid, I hated that but the parking attendant was very nice. I loved my bottled waters and chocolates in my room (7th floor). Would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was on smaller side but had everything need for a 24 hour overnight layover. Breakfast had a good selection, staff were very helpful, airport location and ease of access was great. I would stay again."

"Check in and check out… Both arriving and departing was a drawn out process. Just far too slow. Really tried my patience. Then had to wait ages for the concierge. Friendly pleasant staff though. Communal areas… Pleasant enough. Room was on 1st floor up the main stairs and hang a right to the part beginning 108 or something like that. Problem is when you get up there the corridors stink! Need a good airing out and maybe carpets shampooing. Musty. Bedroom… Decent size. Comfy bed. Quiet. Needed a note pad and pen - I needed one and was surprised not to see one. Good size television. Only one teabag per person which felt a tad stingy. Guess if i asked they would have brought more. Complimentary bottles water was a nice touch. Bathroom… Clean. Lovely products. Decent size and good hot shower. Missed the little extras like cotton pads and buds etc. Breakfast… Very pleasant dining room which is where hotels can sometimes fall down. Light and airy. Good hot and cold options. Fried eggs looked a bit grim though so had a cooked breakfast without. Location… Excellent for tube (which is right next door) with great food and drink options locally. Would I stay again ? Yes. The issues i mention are minor."

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, and, most importantly, the location was perfect. The hotel is within walking distance of the metro, which takes you to downtown London and its must-see sights in under 30 minutes. It's also close to Filipino shops, which, as a Filipino travelling for work, was an extra plus for me, as I get to enjoy the food."
