Check-in: we were asked to pick up the key at a nearby shop which is close to the tube station but if you arrive in a taxi with luggage, the distance to and from the shop will prove inconvenient. The unit was immaculately cleaned but the refrigerator, though clean and empty, smelled of rotten meat and would not cool to food safety temperatures. "Loved the location - close to the Tube, great little restaurants, wonderful working community, so safe, so quaint, LOVELY. The flat itself was great. If I could have that kitchen! The kitchen must have been recently renovated - amazing stove and oven, everything new, and the drawers had everything you would need, including sugar and salt. The windows must be new too. "Stayed with my large extended family. This a place is very practical for the bedrooms and bathrooms and how close it is to London, Windsor castle, the highway and Lego land (which we didn’t go to). The living room furniture by the TV isn’t very strong. I see what the idea was with the futons to have extra sleeping space but it’s not great for adults to sit on, which why I give it four stars.
