"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Serena was friendly, informative, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to! Room 11 is awesome! It has its own private outside balcony with tables! The ladies in the kitchen cooked up unique, amazing breakfasts every day! Sooo delicious! Our 2-bedroom suite was clean, comfortable, and having a kichenette was a bonus! The location of the Inn was so convenient and within walking distance to many things we wanted to do! I highly recommend the Outlook Inn!"

"We had a fantastic stay! The location is a short distance to downtown (Thames St) and to the entry point of the Cliff Walk. We had access to so many restaurants and shops. The staff was tremendous in making our stay excellent. The property was clean (I lounged in the outside spaces a bunch) and breakfast was varied each day — delicious every time. "Classic B&B with well furnished rooms in an older house. Bathrooms are private though small. Hosts are capable and welcoming. Breakfasts are home-cooked and served at family style table. "

"We loved our stay here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious. A perfect mix of historical charm and modern amenities. So many thoughtful details were considered throughout our stay such as fresh baked cookies at check in a lovely coffee/tea/snack area and newspapers available in the morning. Breakfast was great and parking was free and convenient. We only stayed one night as we were in town for a concert, but would definitely return...
