Not friendly staff. They can't speak any English and do not try to communicate in English. I wander why they work as hotel staff.
The room amenities were not bad, but a little dirty. and I was surprised that they didn't clean my room.
I swear I would not book this hotel any more in the future.

This is a very basic three star hotel, but with incredibly friendly staff, a good coffee machine free biscuits and it's 100 m away from the red MRT Transport line.... at that point, you cannot argue with the price - so I would recommend it, but please don't expect too much
it's in a very conveniet to 101 and elephant mountain neighborhood. Just wished the room could be more cleaner without seeing creatures

Great position. Great cost performance. But don’t expect too much in the cleaness and service. By the way, I like the free water server and free snack. They have free juice, water, cofee…

If you’re considering booking a room at this hotel, I strongly suggest reconsidering. The hotel is located underground and was very difficult to find, especially when arriving at night. The property is in very poor condition—old and neglected, with peeling wallpaper, dirty walls, and an unpleasant odor throughout.
We stayed in the 7-bed room, which was extremely dusty and poorly maintained. The shower door and railing were broken, and there was thick dust under the bunk beds. I was genuinely concerned about the possibility of bed bugs due to the overall lack of cleanliness.
This hotel looks nothing like the photos posted online, which make it appear new and clean. Our experience was the complete opposite. If there were an option to give zero stars, we would choose it.

They putting some kind of chemical or insecticide into my room at times. They were also putting it into the main lobby to punish one of the female receptionist on night shift. I am not sure what they were doing exactly but the individuals work in at this hotel are essentially criminals to say the least. At that time, when they were putting it into the main lobby. It smelled of bleach or ammonia coming from the duct system.
I can still smell whatever chemical it is on some of my clothes from the room. In fact, when I rubbed my face against one of the shirts today, it seems to cause my skin and eyes to burn a bit still.
it was dirty an unclean there’s mold, spiderwebs and the wallpaper is tearing and theirs holes in the wall there’s also bugs. It was itchy and the hall smelled I got rashes and my allergies were triggered and a lot of mosquitos
I should be aware of the poor rating prior to booking. The hostel, advertised as hotel, was filthy and dirty, locates in the basement, has no refrigerator, has flying insects, and appears gloomy. We were given torn and old towels for bathroom. After we notified frnt desk, we were given cleaner but old towels. AC does not function and TV does not work. It was muggy and uncomfortable. With the cost, you can stay in a nicer and cleaner places. NEVER stay in this place even if it was free!
