Wonderful boutique hotel. Beautifully designed and very quiet. The room and bed was very comfortable. Staff is excellent. We enjoyed the inventive cocktails in the bar and the rooftop pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent boutique hotel

Fantastic location, close to metro, shopping and food. Check in/out was efficient and quick. Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and taxis, especially Spud. Would definitely recommend. Rooms were clean and well appointed with free snacks and drinks.

Definitely book the breakfast

The hotel’s location is very good, rooms have a creative design and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast every morning. There are 4 options on the menu, all prepared in the open kitchen - really a great way to start your day. I also recommend trying out the bar, the drinks are amazing.

Staff were super friendly and helpful (always grabbing the door and/or offering us an umbrella on the way out), bar staff included (the drinks and food were so good that we ended most nights in the East End bar - Clay made us feel very welcome there). The location is perfect as it is right by a bunch of shopping, department stores, restaurants, two metro lines, etc. And the room was more than enough space for the two of us, with a large bathroom and bathtub, along with all the amenities and nice-to-have's.

We stayed here for 7 nights. At first we thought it was bit quirky but within 1 day we came to love the quirkiness , and enjoyed the amazing rooftop pool and the bar on the 3 rd floor has the best award winning cocktails ( well done Clay) The front desk staff could not be more helpful with a shout out to Spud. As for location having spent 7 days solely in Taipei , there is no better location.

Great rooms, comfortable and large, 5 star quality. What holds overall hotel back from 5 stars are lack of seats in lobby (no place to wait for your guests or relax). Also some small touches like only one bath towel rather than 2 that most hotels would provide. Location wonderful, staff great

I chose this property because I knew I would want a luxurious experience for the last days of my trip and Proverbs didn't disappoint. The room was top notch and impressive. I really enjoyed the decor and the spaciousness of the room. The bathtub and the amenities were a nice touch and the location was great with lots of dining options. The only complaint I had was that the room was a bit chilly as it was 19C and I was not able to adjust the temperature up. However, after the staff explained that it had to do with the outside temperature, they offered me a space heater which was sufficient to address the issue.

Treated myself to a stay here. Really enjoyed it. Pricey for sure, but nice rooms, comfy beds, and some of the best, friendliest and most intelligent front desk service you’ll find anywhere in the world. I was traveling alone and staff were proactive, welcoming, anticipated my needs without being invasive, and went above and beyond. Deep soak tub was wonderful after walking on a cold, wet wintry day. Interesting area too. Many fun small shops and things to shop and eat. One area to improve: there was no smart TV with built-in Netflix, Spotify etc. nowadays, at this price point and for a hotel of this calibre, one would expect it.

工作人員的態度，以及服務非常得好。房間100分的乾淨，也不小，只是有一點暗，沒有可以工作的桌子，也許是小小的不方便。早餐只有四種選擇，但飯店的所在位置非常方便，附近的小吃和商店都很齊全。
