ホテルフロント対応は、日本語対応可能で親切。ルームキーパーさんも笑顔で挨拶があり交換がもてる。 民権西路から徒歩5分くらいで、近くにファミマ、モスバーガー、松屋もあり、出張者の夜間空腹にも対応してくれそう。 施設は、一昔前の日本のビジネスホテル並みの設備だが、全く不便はない。 アメニティは、有料なので持参を！（シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープあり）

地下鉄駅も２つから近く、またバスも充実した道路に面しておりアクセスは非常に良いです。 夜市やお店も近くにあり、食事や買い物で困る事は無いかと思います。 日系ホテルということもあり、フロントでは日本語が通じるので安心感が違います。 また、ウォシュレットが完備されているのも嬉しいポイントです。
