Very nice room in a great location. MTR just up the road. The breakfast was very good - there were Western and Eastern options to choose from. There is no bar or evening restaurant, but that didn't matter. A 7-Eleven is right next door for drinks and we always ate out. Overall, highly recommended.

Lovely selection for breakfast, including some Western options. Some construction work was happening on a building nextdoor (which a message from the Hotel prior to arrival warned us about) but only around mid-day and did not detract from the experience at all. Very pleasant stay, great location for getting around the city. :)

Great stay except the breakfast

Generally it is a very clean and convenient place to stay. Friendly staff and even free self laundry. The only thing that was and remains pretty poor, is the breakfast. For westeners, lunch for breakfast is no good. Please offer some cold, sweet, real-bread alternative.

Great hotel

Very polite staff and good breakfast. The room was big and very spacious bathroom. We could hear the traffic because our room was on 6th floor. Had we lived further up we wouldn’t have heard the traffic

令人難忘的一次兩天一夜旅程

入住心得 1. 訂房時要求無菸樓層,結果飯店給的樓層充滿煙味 2. 超過4個電視頻道處於定格狀態(連續兩天),告知飯店前台處理,得到的答案卻是:"這個問題已經一陣子了, 我們已經通知高層處理"!當時很想請問櫃台先生,如果已經有一陣子,怎麼到現在還沒處理好呢? 3. 房間非常小,浴缸也是如此 4. 由於房內僅有兩瓶礦泉水,入住時請櫃檯多送兩瓶礦泉水到房間,得到的答案是:"我們B1有飲水機,可以至 B1取水"----這樣的回答真的開了小弟的眼界! 5. 浴室門把扣環生鏽,且大浴巾上面還有一個破洞,這應該算是個"勤儉持家"的好飯店 6. 連續兩天的早餐水果中,都發現有1-2顆局部發霉的葡萄 總結:這個飯店真的不會是建議外地親友或來台商務友人下榻的飯店!!!!! Check-in experience 1. Asked for non-smoking floor, end up with 11th floor which filled with cigarette odor 2. Over 4 TV channels were "on stop position for two days". Called to front desk and the result were:"we encountered this issue for sometime, we had reported to our management".....Which made me wonder "if this has been an issue to you, how come it still "IS UNTIL NOW"? 3. Room is small, so does the bath tub. 4. There were two complementary bottle of water in our room, when we requested for extra two more, front desk replied:"We have a water machine down at B1, you may go and fill it at anytime"----What a brilliant answer!!! 5. Door knob/ring in the bath were rusted, I discovered a hole in my bath towel---IMPRESSIVE! 6. Discovered at least 1-2 grapes with partly contaminated/mold for straight two days Conclusion: Will not be on the list for relative or business friend for accommodation
