"Hotel got 2 onsen, both with outdoor onsen. The one on 1F was so relaxing in a green setting. Rooms n amenities provided have also exceeded expectation. Hotel provides shuttle service from JR station, but very limited timing. Nonetheless, will stay again when in Takayama"

"Lovely hosts make our stay a wonderful and memorable experience! Even though location is ten minutes away from main town, host will drop you off and pick you up whenever you need. The house itself is old and requires quite a lot of update. Our room also feels a bit like dorm room for three of us. But everything is clean including bath tub. The most impressive is the food! "Hotel was great and had a large public bath. The bed was especially hard though, and they didnt have cups for the ice machine. A bit of a minus but overall, great stay. I found my time in Hida-Takayama enjoyable. "
