"It was good but not that good. The hotel is super convenient cause it's located in the center area, and the staff was nice as well. But when we arrived at our room we found there were spider webs around the corner and our wifi was too terrible to use, so the next day I told the staff but after one hour they helped us to solve this problem. Last time we lived in the Ritz Calton Hotel which is near JW and we had a very good experience maybe next time we will choose The Ritz"

"We had a wonderful stay! We love the cosy and homey room, the view of KL and Twin Towers behind our bed, the smart home functions from the iPad, and last but not least the “rainfall” in the shower! The hotel has convenience stores at its ground floor, and nearby is the buzzing Jalan Alor food street. The staff were very friendly and attentive to your queries."
