"We booked a private room for 1 night, weeks in advance. We arrived at 1700 to an empty front desk and other travelers also waiting to check-in. We were told that rooms needed to be cleaned and we could wait. This wasn’t a big deal as we sat in the dining area. The employee didn’t offer us wifi or water, but made an espresso drink for another guest of the property. "We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay here rather than at a traditional hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming and ready to accommodate our every need. The apartment was clean, spacious and lovely, and the beds were cozy. It was the perfect space for my teens and me. We hope to return to Quito, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we do. "
