Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

Overall okay stay, room size was good, convenient location and good price. First of all keep in mind that once you get there the parking is just valet and the cost is $38/day! Not advertised or mentioned on hotel info. The other options giving was somewhere across the street at $25 per night. Hotel was very nice and clean. First day we left room right after breakfast and left a sign at door for the service not to get inside but apparently people cleaning didn’t care so they went inside anyways....

The Epicurean, from the very beginning, was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The facilities were very well kept and quite cozy - even the room felt very comfortable and not stiff like your average hotel. I plan on staying at the Epicurean for any of my Florida trips in the Tampa Bay area.

Loved the service of the hotel. The GM was very friendly and on top of everything. They were able cater to all our needs.

My wife and I stay here several times a year, even living in Tampa to make it easy to fly out of country. Was very pleased with our room #422 and also had room #423 (gold members upgrade). Was offered the lounge, but it was closed on weekends. Will be staying again in April and would like the lounge if possible then. Great stay!

Our room was extremely small and we could hear neighbors like they were in our room.
We booked this hotel primarily for the airport shuttle. Wasn’t able to use it because we needed to leave 30 min before it started. Waste of money.

Enjoyed a beautiful corner suite for a long weekend. View of the Bay is breathtaking. The room was in good order and well maintained throughout the weekend. Great water pressure. Quick elevators. The property grounds are gorgeous. We saw lots of wildlife including a spontaneous private dolphin show from the end of the dock near Oystercatchers. Borrowed a “beach kit” for a day out on the coast which was very convenient and included in the resort fee. A room on the Bay side of the hotel is a must...

My family and I had a great stay! The entire front desk was amazing and welcoming, especially Elizabeth. She was very personable and kind with all guest. Her customer service skills is beyond excellent, and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Also, the entire breakfast staff was exceptional, especially the omelette chef (forgot his name). It was extremely busy when we went to breakfast but he kept the line moving. He is truly a one man show! Overall, I would stay here...
