Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. They have done an outstanding job renovating and upkeeping this place. The hotel areas and rooms were impecably clean and the ambiance was from an old high vintage high class hotel. But the most noteworthy thing was their outstanding customer service. They treated us like family from the moment we checked in up to a...

The room was very comfortable, quiet and close to the beach. Some great extras available for guest use, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. We enjoyed our time there. Lovely sunsets over the Guld of Mexico.

The place was very clean and the staff was very helpful! You could tell the building was a little old but great for the price! Free shuttling to the airport and close places!! My only complaint would have been the shower! It was old and melted so I couldn’t take a shower but again great place would give a 9.5 / 10 any day!!!

We enjoyed everything about our week stay. The staff are so nice. To respond to the person who said the live music next door kept her up is no way true. Once you close the slider you cant hear anything, very noise proof. Nice private beach, clean pool and hottub. Room was spacious with 2 burner stove, fridge, microwave and coffe pot. They even have cooking pans, plates, utensils etc. We enjoyed our stay so much this is our spot for now on as we come down 2-3 times a year

We loved the easy laid back environment! It’s was great to only be a short walk to the beach as well! We also found the surrounding area full of fun things to do especially Frankie’s pizza! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Stayed here twice in the past month! 1st time at the property that sits on the marina side gorgeous views! 2nd at the property across the st. Had access to use both pools, parking was great. However i was given a free upgrade to king suite room 233, 2nd floor in a dark corner no view of anything didn't make a fuss considering the air worked phenomenally & was doing alot of outside exploring. Priced very reasonably. Will definitely stay here again

Great location for my needs; staff is super and courteous as well as helpful. They helped me change my reservation after I made a mistake in booking. Love this place for its convenience and hospitality.

Awesome hotel and staff! Very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and beautiful rooms. Everything was top-notch and I will definitely be staying here again. The pool was always kept clean and the view was spectacular. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable room. I can't say enough about the staff and their friendliness. It's located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and most of all the BEACH! There is a trolley that stops right outside the hotel if you want to...
