It’s a great place to relax and take in the natural beauty. The food was another highlight—absolutely delicious and artfully prepared. I highly recommend booking the half board plan, as the meals are a true culinary experience. This is also a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in Japanese culture. From the traditional meals and serene onsen to the refined atmosphere and heartfelt service, everything reflects the spirit of Japan. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus (better to book in advance), and there’s even a swimming pool if you feel like taking a dip. The location is quiet and scenic—perfect for a peaceful getaway. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s not just a stay—it’s a cultural experience, made truly memorable by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. I would love to return!"

"This was possibly THE BEST hotel experience we have ever had. I visoted with my Dad and we decided just to have one night in Kobe. Because of this hotel, we wished it was more. The lady at the reception desk was lovely and even though she wasn't able to speak English fluently, she was extremely patient, kind and explained as much as she could using her translation device. The hotel and the room smelled amazing and looked beautiful, we had complementary drinks in the foyer, breakfast was included for us and was brought to the room. It was just stunning, we have never had such a beautiful room. The room had everything we could have needed and more and it was less than a 10 min walk to the train station. We walked to the hotel at 11:30pm and didn't feel in danger at all. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience"

"This was the second time my husband and I stayed here but this time I brought my family and friends. 9 of us total. I communicated with Justin via email and he was so accommodating with my requests. It was even nicer that I got to meet him in person when we checked in. We love the private onsen in our room and that we can also reserve the public ones as well Atmosphere is so relaxing. So far we have gone to 4 or the 8 you can reserve so we will need to return again to try the others. I left my phone in the onsen and the gentleman ran back to get it for me. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he is always smiling, tall and wears glasses. We opted for breakfast together and they gave us a private room with a beverage bar just for our group. Next time we will do kaiseki dinner there as everyone enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you for the great service from you staff! "
