"Staff was the best, got to check in early for free… My stay was a 10/10 I will be returning in a couple months! Only thing I will say is that it’s a $100 incidental fee for every night you stay… I think that’s really high but you get to use it for room service and stuff… pool and spa 10/10 the gym had so many things everything was just perfect! Highly recommend staying there"

"Double charged for self overnight parking during check out was told by worker the $20 would be charged to room once leaving the property had to pay $20 to get out so they need to change parking garage sign to $40 for overnight self parking if that's what they charging "

"My stay at the Magnolia was great! The staff were welcoming and helpful. The Magnolia was very clean and elegant. The room was as pictured. The pool and other amenities were also great. The location of the Magnolia is a perfect spot to walk to all the tourist locations Downtown Houston has to offer. And if you’re unable to walk the Magnolia offers a free shuttle to the destinations within a 1 mile radius. We had an amazing time with the Magnolia and would stay there again. "

"The guy that was working Valet when we left was the Greateat EVER!!! He was there when we got there and he was there when we left. He went over and beyond. He did stuff for me and my son and was just Great and Awesome!!! Nothing more i can say about him!!! It was a Great stay there and we will be going back there to stay!!!"
