"Only our second visit to a Holiday Inn Express (the first being in Inverness) and we cannot rate it highly enough. Visited Liverpool to celebrate my birthday and to go to the Christmas Market and we were so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay in as it is in a fantastic location. Great views from the room, which whetted our appetite for exploring not just the main town but along the canal area. The wonderful variety for breakfast certainly started our 2 days off brilliantly! Staff were extremely courteous, cheerful and very helpful too which can sometimes be lacking in some establishments but certainly not Holiday Inns. We are already looking forward to planning another stay so thank you all."
