"The hotel staff where lovely and the rooms very spacious and clean ,we stayed in 24 could have done with a note on the entrance door for people not to slam tge door or bang theyre cases up and down the stairs as number 24 is right under the stairs .Had a lovely stay will be back ."

"Very nice stay, the location suited me perfectly. The kitchen is tiny and really only suitable for making hot drinks, there is a fridge, kettle and toaster so no complaint. There isn’t a living room but there is a sofa and TV. Overall a great place and lovely host."

"An excellent stay at The Poplars in Poppys lodge. Amanda was a great host and so easy to communicate with. The Poplars is in a lovely spot with countryside right on the doorstep. The lodge had everything we needed and beds were very comfy. Lovely and clean. Will definitely be back if in this part of Yorkshire again. "
