"Nice located houses suiteble for 4 adults, with 2 bedrooms, a not too well equipped kitchen, good enough bathroom. Clean swimming pool with lots of beds. Bakery 5 min on the bike, too far to walk. Great environment with Pisa, the beaches of Viareggio, beautiful and lively Lucca, Prato and Carrara nearby. From La Spezia hop on/hop off with a ferry to Cinque Terre. Florence/Sienna 75 min. Beware off the green zone policy of the citys when you visit them by car, you might get some unpleasant...

"Fabrizio's house is magnificent. Typical and surrounded by olive trees, it is also beautifully decorated down to the last detail and perfectly equipped. Our host was extremely kind and attentive to our needs whenever we asked, and at the same time very discreet. We arrived relatively late, but he had done some shopping for us so we could have dinner and had even set the table! Fabrizio also gave us invaluable advice on places to visit in Tuscany apart from the main sites that we naturally think...

"The property exudes charm. Although the view from the first floor is impressive, it's partially obstructed by trees. The pool, a significant asset, is generously sized. Regrettably, the kitchen fan was dysfunctional, making cooking an unpleasant task. We also faced issues with the fuses for the washing machine. Our check-in experience was hampered by a language barrier. The attendant spoke no English, and our attempts in German proved futile. Consequently, check-in became a comical mix of hand...
