"I only we didnt like was we only had 1 night to enjoy it. We wished we had more time to stay longer. It was so close to everything we wanted to do. Great isakaya with beautiful food just a short walk down the hill. It was great."

"The location is beautiful, amazing views but the hotel is a bit old. We went to Hakone to relax and spend a night enjoying the onsen but we weren’t unable to get in due to having tattoos something that the website should have in more details instead of having it in the small print. The tv was only in Japanese so we couldn’t watch tv. The elevator was not working we had to carry 3 luggage down 3 floors and the sign on it was only in Japanese and I touch the bottom an it shocked me. I was very excited to stay but I was kind of disappointed. "

"Great place to stay as secluded quiet location was needed after a few days in Tokyo! Lovely Onsen which can be booked out privately! Staff are amazing and will drive you to restaurants/ konbinis so you can relax. "

"The bottom floor with the sauna, onsen and showers was incredible. There was a staff only door which was a little concerning near the bedrooms (which do not have a lock) but my group did not have any issues during our stay. The check in was a little troubling, we get there at night."

"Apartment was clean and fully equipped with all you need Massage chair was a nice addition Downside is inability for late check out, dryer function doesn’t dry enough resulting in repetitive runs and queries during the stay took many hours to be answered Parking was also away and not in front of property which was unexpected "

"We had the room with the private onsen. It was amazing. The quality of the service was great in every area that comes to mind. Both dining and breakfast buffet were incredibly good. Lots of options for every taste. Would definitely repeat and recommend to friends."
