This end of the island is suffering from erosion, so getting to the beach was a little walk but easy enough to navigate. Contactless entry was smooth sailing. "We enjoyed staying at this house...it was so clean and cozy...well stocked with everything that you would need! We liked that the beach was small and the location was quiet so we could sleep at night. the only downfall was all the steps to climb to the 3rd floor..I guess it was good exercise but soo hard on the knees. The weather cooperated and we had a good time. Thanks"

"The location of the property couldn’t have been better. We had an issue with a fire alarm battery that we called and reported but it was never addressed while we were there. Also the place was extremely damp and musty smelling, which I know can happen on the beach, but this was worst then anywhere I’ve stayed before. Over all I would stay here again because of how great the location is."

"Great location for exploring the entire Topsail Island area. The condo was well equipped, beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. A door to the mechanical room was off, exposing an unsightly entry but didn’t affect our stay. Great communication, a quiet and lovely home away from home."

"Easy to get to the beach and pool. The room needs some repairs, toilet in master bathroom lose, tub extremely slick, tv remotes didnt have any batteries, wifi didn't work. Over all tho was nice place."
