"Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails."

"My husband and I brought our two mini schnauzers with us on vacation to this perfect place!!! We were so comfortable at the Scooby Shack with our girls!! It was very peaceful and this beautiful place literally had everything we needed! Communication with the host was always great, and we no issues whatsoever with our stay!! "Our family includes a paraplegic, so having an accessible home was critical. Accessible has a lot of meanings; in this case, his wheelchair could fit through the bathroom door (which it did not in a previous vacation home), and the bathroom sink was a good height for a wheelchair user. The shower, unfortunately, did not work for him because he uses a shower chair that would not fit through the shower door. So he had to take the elevator down to the outdoor shower. "This property was ideal for our family's beach trip to Topsail. A few comments - The house was as advertised minus a couple of cosmetic issues needing repair during our stay, but these were clearly communicated and we were not inconvenienced by this. Communication from property management was prompt and extremely helpful before and during our stay. Lastly, the location was great and the views were incredible. "What a beautiful property. My husband and I brought our 2 golden retrievers for a week stay and felt right at home. The direct access to the beach is unbeatable as well as the private pool with fenced in yard. Morning coffee looking out over the gorgeous ocean made for the perfect mornings.
