"Great property with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and find their own little piece of calm, yet great spaces to gather for meals and socializing. Very comfortable with our 5 couples and would definitely recommend for larger gatherings."

"Nothing but good things to say about this property- clean, has everything you need to enjoy your stay, responsive host and communications! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for other families."

"The owner was great to work with, easy to get ahold of, and the property is amazing, definitely a must see and stay"

"Another relaxing and wonderful stay at the Spotted Sandpiper! The property is very pet friendly, has amazing sunrises and sunsets overlooking the lake and is central to many great spots on Western Cayuga and Eastern Seneca. After long days of hiking, visiting wineries or time on the water, this cabin is the perfect retreat. It easily fits my wife and I and our dogs."

"Another great stay!"

"Yes hosts were great helpful and the location is stunning"

"Nice cabin by the lake, lots of space, really nice. Wifi was very fast and reliable."

"Lovely cabin in a great location with view of the lake. Quiet development. The place was comfortable with firm beds, well stocked kitchen. Living area was small but nice. Location was near many vineyards and close to Geneva. Good place for pets."

"A cosy little round tent, down a long gravel road. You can look out the front door at the lake, down an intimidating boat ramp. I really enjoyed my stay with my dog at this property. We found it quiet and calm and easy access to hiking in the area. "
