"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, private, pet-friendly home in Summit, NY. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious with great features/amenities (e.g. comfy beds, fire pit, wrap-around porch, etc.) and many great tourist attractions nearby (Howe Caverns, Baseball Hall of Fame, state parks for scenic hiking) for our family to enjoy. The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We were sad to leave and hope to return in the future!"

"The house was beautiful! The house was very clean and accommodating. Family friendly, the kids loved the game room. You’re so close to town if you need to pop in and grab a few last minute things, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Frank was an amazing host. We enjoyed our time there. The property is gorgeous. I will definitely be recommending this property to everyone I know who is looking for a house to stay in Caroga Lake!"

After traveling a long way I was greeted at the desk by a wonderful female staff. She provided me dinner recommendations and reminded me of the complementary beverages in the lobby. The room was very clean and there were plenty of towels. It was a little tricky to find as the road sneaks up on you even with GPS and the room was a little thin but everything else was worth it. Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!
