"Perfect location to get up and down the lake and walking distance to a nice little village"

"What a beautiful oasis! The property is peaceful, clean, and incredibly cozy, with a garden, hot tub, and sauna. The waterfall was great to walk to in the morning after our morning coffee and made the whole stay feel like a retreat. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind while still being conveniently close to Naples and Canandaigua. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return."

"Really wonderful place! The breakfast was amazing and the hosts are great. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. The only drawback is the location, the immediate area isn't really great, but is is a short drive to wineries and lakes."

"We were disappointed almost as soon as we entered our room. Although it was clean, it was crammed full of furniture with little floor space. The bathroom sink did not drain. We were told by the owner that previous customers had poured cereal and coffee grounds down the sink. It would have been preferred that she had assigned a different room if she knew that."
