"Second stay in just over a week. Still highly recommend this hotel but this time we were given a room on the second floor instead of the 12th and even though it was the same room category it had different toiletries- we preferred the ones on the 12th floor much more. As a repeat guest I would have appreciated some sort of acknowledgment upon checking in or the ability to check in a bit early but it seems most hotels in Japan are not flexible with this."

"The hotel staff was amazing. They were extremely patient with me even though my Japanese was very limited. They were very charming with great customer service! The breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel was not good and the staff’s attitude could’ve been better. I did not feel respected. But it doesn’t overshadow the great hospitality of Solaria Nishitetsu."
