"Awesome pools and beaches paired with great food"

"Had a wonderful time . staff was excellent. Food was delicious. the only small drawback is all the rooms don’t have a television."

"Super clean and cozy"

"Couldn't close the door to the balconies from outside and there are lots of racoons that would come by the try to get in, which limited our time we could spend outside without having to constantly watch our door. Right when we got to our room there were dishes sitting on the stairs, they were there for three days before anyone picked them up. Staff was friendly. It was nice being away from technology!"

"Amazing place to stay in Tulum. Very charming and great staff."

"First time we went in 2023 and everything was great. We decided to come back hoping to have the same experience but to our surprise its under construction. "I’m sad for Tulum the hotel zone it’s like a ghost town a lot of hotel bar restaurants close the prana hotel close the restaurant but still offer the breakfast at near hotel and restaurant El Capitan they offer you 4 breakfast to choose i ended having pancakes but the last one went to have it at other place because I did not like it the beach has a lot o algae the beach it’s dark and smell so bad"

"Alberca padrísima desayuno delicioso"

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Una Vida, my only criticism is that with the Luxury House being right next to the entrance, some staff tend to congregate outside of the windows/paremeter (house is nearly all glass) which makes it less secluded than the other rooms. Other than that perfect and an easy bike ride to the market!"

"Laura de recepción muy atenta y servicial, desde que llegué me dio recomendaciones de actividades y sugerencias ahí en Tulúm. Una parte del hotel estaba en remodelación con lo que eso implica, pero en general a cierta hora ya no había ruido. Las albercas muy agradables, sobre todo la del RG. La ubicación de este hotel me pareció perfecta, accesible trasladarme a mis actividades y explorar lugares vatiados para comer en Tulúm."

"Amazing view, amazing time! Gorgeous hotel"

"Excelente servicio y atención"

"This is a super small hotel with no elevator and tons of stairs. They only have one restaurant and one really small pool. This is not the place for elderly people or people who want to socialize with others."

"super clean, inner design is cute, nice staff"
