"This is the old Outrigger hotel. Best part is access to Dusit Thani which has better restaurants, newer building and view of the sunset than the beach resort. We did have the ocean front room and it was spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the sunset. Staff was cordial when approached but we didn’t interact or see them too much to be honest. All in all a good visit. I would want to stay at Dusit Thani next time to see that experience. "

"Our overall stay was enjoyable as we were there to attend an event. The staff at the event were really good and fast but I think that 2 or 3 more should have been staffed for more ease for the size of the event. The breakfast buffet at La Seine was really good. However, the place was obviously in need of some major renovation in the rooms. I had booked the family suite and some of the wooden furniture did need some replacing but our suite was clean & the beds were comfy. Only one of the AC vent...

"I stayed just 2 days with my friend. It was great to stay in the hotel and play at the pool. Above all, the hospitality of the hotel staff was awesome. Because he said to us “I want you guys to have fun” changed our checkout time from 12 to 3 pm and gave some gifts. So we spent the perfect 2 days you know. I'm glad his kind.
