B&B in Tuscany

Nicolas and all other staff members were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome the moment we set foot on the property. The whole time we were able to talk to them via Whatsapp and they always kept us informed!

Freshly renovated space owned and run by a very kind couple that puts love into the hospitality they provide their guests. That includes lots of homemade baked goodies/snacks, and a wonderful breakfast buffet in a lovely terrace garden area.

Unbelievable. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Florence. The visit was made even better by its manager, Roberta. She responded to every request but more important she shared her extensive knowledge of Florence, its history, wine restaurants in a wonderfully interesting way.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here- all of the the staff we interacted with was super friendly, super helpful and extremely welcoming. The facility was super clean and they go out of their way to try and think of everything you might need or want before you even arrive. Would highly recommend!

Very good B&B, awesome breakfast!

Our stay here was wonderful. The property is centrally located, walkable to everything and a quick ride to the airport was arranged by our hosts. Our room was clean, comfortable and breakfast was delicious! Thank you Andrew and Andy, we hope to return .

we stayed for 4 nights and used Seina as our base for our first visit to Tuscany. The owners were very helpful. They provided maps and information on all the local sights, plus some history of the town. One night we asked them to make dinner reservations and they had to call over 10 places due to a busy night. But they found us a great restaurant for dinner. Another day they provide a detailed schedule for buses to visit one of the towns we were interested in. The B&B is very close to the...

Stunning location! I wish we had been able to stay another night and spend a day by the beautiful pool. The drive to Arezzo was short, which allowed for exploring and dinner in the old part of the city!

The hospitality is impeccable. The property is beyond beautiful and very comfortable. The host Giuliana is a lovely, caring person who truly made our stay very comfortable to include an upgrade with the best view of the Duomo. We stayed 3 days, she kept our luggage for us as we wanted to return for another night. Thanks for sharing some history of the building. Fantastic accommodations, friendly and helpful staff

The accommodations were very nice and the setting was very peaceful. Although our room had an unusual layout, it had everything we needed. Bedding was excellent. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast and dinners were wonderful. And the staff were SO friendly and helpful! This is convenient to the marina, Castiglione della Pescaia and central Grosseto. Is a great place to relax by the pool all day, go horseback riding or nearby shopping. We will be back!

Stained here at the end of an eight day trip around Italy. This hotel was head and shoulders above the others I visited, it is a boutique hotel of seven rooms. Our room was a suite. It was bigger than many apartments, with a large living room with daybed, a beautiful master bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower with jets overhead as well as side jets, ample closet storage, fridge, and safe. Nico was an excellent host!! He was very attentive to our needs and had great recommendations for restaurants. He also sat down with us when we arrived and showed us places to visit on a map and modes of transportation. The room was perfect! Great hospitality!
