Arrived late and the overnight front desk person was super helpful. Room was huge and perfectly comfortable.

The hotel rooms were okay, but the cleanliness of the bathroom were not good, we had breakfast both days, i observed the containers and other things not really clean, the pron that the lady who was serving was really dirty. The swimming pools were super small, in the picture doesn’t look like the real one.probably dirty to. It was good but not excellent

Enjoyed our stay

This is our favorite hotel in tuxtla- it’s always cool and clean and the food is always good.

Everything was good! Room really clean, staff courteous.

Gracias

Nice and convenient hotel

We usually live this hotel, this time there weren’t enough towels in the from and the bottle of water had been opened. We didn’t notice until we had used the water.

Buen costo y buena ubicación

Easy check and check out process

Clean and convenient hotel Friendly and attentive staff Wonderful shower and comfy beds Tons of parking and felt very secure Pool and food looked very good but we were only there to have a good night rest and travel on Would stay again!

Muy bien nuestra experiencia, instalaciones confortables, desayuno rico y buen estacionamiento, el personal súper amable. Totalmente recomendable!

I drove 8 hours in the wrong direction on a trip in Mexico, and I booked this hotel last minute. Everyone was beyond kind, and the breakfast was amazing! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Also, there’s a vegan place across the street, Naturalissimo, that is beyond words. I would highly recommend them for vegans and nonvegans alike.

Front desk guy was extremely nice. Phone was out of service

It was a nice experience with the stafff, great rates and clean rooms.
