I was most impressed with the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff wherever we were, helping us with our luggage, making sure we have a place to park our car, accomodating us wherever we needed help. The room was clean and pleasantly appointed, breakfast was plentiful, and in an attractive setting. This will be our go to hotel from now on. "

"Fantastic location! The renovated room has a smaller bathroom than the older rooms. The new room needed more bars and hooks for hanging towels. The shower needed a bigger lip to prevent leaking water into the rest of the bathroom. The food is tasty and with different options. The staff is courteous, competent, helpful and accommodating."

"We had a lovely time at the Prima Vera. The room was newly decorated and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect as we went to explore the Old City of Jerusalem. We o ly wish we could have extended our stay for another night. "
