"4th stay and doesn’t disappoint! "

"Having staying there last year, we had the coldest two days of the year, the property had no heating or hot water. A heater was not provided. (issue) no reception to speak too. Hey ho, we decided to stay again, knowing that problems do arise. We were staying this time for 4 days 3 nights. we had no kettle, iron. cups ect, The tv was not working, and we could not get to speak to anybody, the reception was closed. we sent an email to the booking company to pass to the hotel, with NO reply. "The property was overall good. There was however a sewage odor that was there persistently, near the elevator and the stairway. Some days worse than others. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Bathroom was huge. Housekeeping came daily! "

"Lovely hotel in a quiet location. The room were nice and clean. Staff were friendly and quick to offer tips on what to do around the city. There was kids playroom that kept our kids entertained for a bit. They also have an outdoor play area, which was a win in my kids' eyes. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit Bruges in the future. "

"It was beautiful! We are one adult and 2 teenage girls, and this was the best experience. Felt like staying in a family member house. Felt safe. Staff great, we had dinner at the restaurant, every time we came back the staff will greet as welcome home :) the room had the most incredible view to the main plaza, waking up with the horses sound was awesome!! The lights at the plaza go out at 11:30 pm- very comfortable we had 3 rooms, very clean, some dust in the chandelier and big curtains but...
