"The room was nice and clean. The king bed was comfortable, I liked their long pillows. On the second day we figured there was a refrigerator in the cabinate of study table. We loved going to the bar on L level. The hotel is in central area, next to union square and you can catch cable car from in front of the hotel. Upon request they checked is in couple of hours early. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Anyone visiting the downtown San Francisco area, I highly recommend this hotel."
