"I’ve stayed at this location maybe 3-4 times, I honestly can say that since my previous stays it’s not what it used to be to be. The property is pretty clean and maintained well, although the pool could be cleaner. I find that the rooms aren’t as clean as they use to be and having a lingering “aquatic” like smell. We were pretty much very hot during our stay. I guess they want to give the impression that you are controlling your ac from the iPad however I don’t think that’s the case. We were so hot in one room complained, we were moved and still hot!! Barely any circulation or air flow. The room was never cold just humid and at times kind of cool. The South Beach location, I find to be a much better option. Evening staff is also much nicer than the evening staff at World Center, I think this might’ve been my last stay."

"Clean room , and lobby , breakfast buffet Food restaurant downstairs for dinner , beds quite comfy and considering proximity to airport , can’t really hear plans and they accommodate you with earplugs if you do "

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I was charged twice for my stay, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, no one answers the phone or returns calls. Customer service has been completely unhelpful, and they are refusing to refund one of the duplicate charges even though it was clearly an error. It’s frustrating to spend your hard-earned money and then have to fight just to get your own money back. Communication has been terrible, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend checking your bank statements carefully if you stay here. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this hotel to others."

"Siento que para ser una extensión de Marriott, hay que darle un poco más de cariño a las facilidades para que haya un balance calidad-precio. Ahora bien, si el objetivo es pasar poco tiempo en el hotel es un EXCELENTE alternativa."
