"The staff was very friendly, and I greatly enjoyed the later check out time (12pm). AC worked exceptionally well, fridge was cold…only thing I would count as a downside would be a lack of outlets to charge things with."

"Basic, no frills, but clean, comfy & safe feeling. Appreciated the unexpected free upgrade to a King Suite. Close proximity to PNC Music Pavilion, which was why were there. Didn't use the pool area because of timing, but I often choose hotels taking their pool area into consideration & I would have been disappointed if I had booked this hotel for the pool area. Tiny pool at the back of the hotel. Pool area just seemed kind of gloomy-ish overall. Free basic continental breakfast was edible, but nothing special. No OJ, due to shortage was weird. Oh, and the elevator. One didnt seem to be working at all & the other had a blinky fire dept light that was kind of unsettling. "
