"The lower level room had a dehumidifier and the room had a terrible odor. They moved us but should have addressed the problem, they were definitely aware that the room was musty. Feel bad for the next guests in!"

"This hotel is very well situated in downtown Quebec. This was my second day and I will definitely go back. The rooms are very spacious in the restaurant is very good."

"A great one-night stay! The hotel was clean, our room was comfortable (though the bathroom layout could use a tweak), and the Nespresso coffee was a nice touch. Parking was a little bit tough, but despite checking in late and not speaking much French, the front desk staff was wonderfully helpful. We'd love to stay here again to explore more!"
