"Very empty hotel. It seems no other guests during our stay. The reception barely speak English. They can not arrange any taxi pickup or tour around the town. At checkout, we were informed they only accept cash payment, even though the expedia receipt say payment collected by hotel. I checked my bank statement which is not charged, so we paid cash and get a hand written receipt."

"This is a great facility in Urubamba, but away from the main plaza about 15 minutes. It's down a dirt road, that gives you some views and introspect, but it's not close to anything. The rugs need to be torn up and discarded. Stained and dirty. Basic needs, intermittent wifi but good overall. Breakfast is mediochre. Nice plants and landscaping.
