"J’ai récemment séjourné dans ce charmant petit hôtel dans le vieux quartier de Hanoi. L’emplacement est génial et toutes les principales choses à voir / faire à Hanoi sont facilement accessibles à pied. La chambre était immense avec un grand lit et une grande salle de bain et était charmante et propre. Le WiFi a bien fonctionné dans tout l’hôtel. Ce qui a rendu l’hôtel encore meilleur, c’est le personnel adorable. Tout le monde était plus qu’heureux d’aider et aussi très compétent. Je recommanderais (et j’ai) cet hôtel à un prix très raisonnable à tout le monde."

The staff 10/10. The room 10/10. I am allergic to ALOT for example seafood, nuts, egg, flour, wheat and the list goes on. Imagine how worried I was coming to Vietnam but this hotel menu and buffet melted away all my worries. The waiter and cooks always made sure I could eat the food. Every item was fresh and tasty. The concierge service booked us a 7 passenger seater van the night before we left to Ha Long Bay. If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. And I did not have to worry about talking my phone out for translation they understand stood my English. I love a cold room and I was not limited to a certain temperature. I will be traveling for 3 weeks in Vietnam and I have another Melia hotel booked in central Vietnam and I’m so excited. "

The only downside is the location, which feels more like a financial district and isn’t close to major tourist attractions. However, that wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed just one night after our Halong Bay trip."
